Welcome to our practice!
I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Steve Kineret, orthodontist and I have a beautiful new office just 1 block east of Hwy 65 and Blue Oaks Blvd. My state of the art practice is located in the new Blue Oaks Marketplace at the corner of Blue Oaks and Lone Tree/Fairway (anchored by the Melting. Pot Restaurant and Fitness 19 and across the street from the new Mervyns and Stein Mart).
In our warm and friendly office, patient care comes first and we offer wonderful amenities to make your visits comfortable, convenient, fun, and affordable. Here’s what to expect on your first visit:
Initial Consultation:
Our consultation appointment will take approximately 60 minutes and includes: digital photos, Dr. Kineret’s examination, and an explanation of our payment plans by our financial coordinator. However, the initial consultation is an appointment to not only to diagnose a future patient and go over financial information, but it is a time for us to get to know each other. You will get a chance to tour our office, meet the staff, and learn about our Patient- First Promise.
Once you have set up an appointment with our office for your complementary consultation appointment, we have a few forms (medical history and insurance information) for you to fill out and bring with you to the day of the appointment.
FIRST APPOINTMENTS - WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Records - This appointment is approximately 30 minutes long and includes; x-rays, impressions, wax bites, photos (if not yet taken) and likely the placement of separators (spacers).
- Contracts / Braces - This is a two part appointment that will last approximately 2 hours. Please be aware that parents must be present during at least the first 30 minutes of this appointment to cover informed consent, office policies, teamwork and goals. Only when this is completed, can the braces be placed. This takes up the additional appointment time. Parents are encouraged to stay for the duration of the appointment but are free to leave after the administrative paperwork is completed.
